El artículo titulado «Are Peruvian manufacturing firms product-based or service-based businesses? Effects of innovation activities, employee level of education and firm size» del profesor Jean Pierre Seclen en coautoría con el profesor Jubalt Álvarez fue publicado por la revista de alto impacto Q2 Tecnology Analysis & Strategic Management, indizada en WoS (Web of Science) y Scopus con un factor de impacto de 2.874 (2020). La publicación se encuentra disponible en el portal Taylor and Francis online.
Por su parte, el profesor Muddasar Ghani Khwaja comparte la publicación de sus artículos; el primero, en coautoría con Umer Zaman, Laura Florez-Perez, Saba Abbasi y Madeeha Gohar Qureshi, titulado «Exploring the critical nexus between authoritarian leadership, project team member’s silence and multi-dimensional success in a state-owned mega construction project» en la prestigiosa Revista Q1 indizada en Scopus y WoS International Journal of Project Management cuyo factor de impacto es de 7.172. Del mismo modo, en coautoría con Umer Zaman, Laura Florez-Perez, Pablo Farías, Saba Abbasi y Tri Indra Wijaksana, fue publicado el artículo titulado «Shadow of Your Former Self: Exploring Project Leaders’ Post-Failure Behaviors (Resilience, Self-Esteem and Self-Efficacy) in High-Tech Startup Projects» en la revista Sustainability cuyo factor de impacto es de 3.251 y está indizada como Q1 en Scopus and Web of Sciences (WOS).
Cabe mencionar que el profesor Seclen es docente Ordinario Asociado con dedicación a tiempo completo y Coordinador de Investigación del Departamento; el profesor Álvarez, es docente a tiempo parcial; y el profesor Khwaja es profesor de Marketing con dedicación a tiempo completo del programa Tenure Track.
